Pewsey Vale Riesling 2010 – Eden Valley, South Australia

Cool climate single vineyard Riesling, crisp dry and refreshing.

 

Petit Chenin, Ken Forrester 2010 – South Africa

From Stellenbosch, the wine capital of Cape Town. This Chenin has lots of pear flavour that will work great with game.

 

Chardonnay Reserva, Vina Leyda 2010 – Chile

A fruit driven unoaked Chardonnay. Compliments fish and white meats.

 

Macon Fuissé, Domaine Paquet 2009 – France

This is a great value Macon from Burgundy. Lots of ripe green apple fruit balanced perfectly with vanilla and honey.

 

Chablis, Domaine Bernard Defaix 2009 – France

Fruit notes of apple and melon with underlying minerality. Dry, steely and rich, with a complex finish.

 

Sancerre Cuvée Florés, Vincent Pinard 2010

Vincent Pinard is one of the most innovative and dedicated producer’s of the Loire Valley. This Sauvignon has berry fine green apple fruit with aspects of flint and stone.

Primitivo Salento, Boheme 2010 – Italy
Well balanced with aromas of plums and strawberries – a great wine to drink at the bar or with lighter meat and pasta.


Biferno Rosso Riserva DOC, Camillo De Lellis 2007 – Italy
What a treat, a really rustic Italian Red with lots of blackberry fruit. The savoury character of the wine works really well with roast meats and game.

 

Shiraz, Organic One, Bonic Family Estate 2007 – Australia
Organic and
Biodynamic – this Shiraz is particularly elegant and fragrant. Cherry, blackberry and spice with a herbal character.

 

La Galinière Cabernet Sauvignon, Château du Donjon 2009 – France
Lincoln’s favourite – this has ripe blackberry fruit with an earthy character that is often found in these Southern French Reds. Try this with red meats, particularly Lamb.

 

Organic Merlot, Soleus 2009 – Chile
