All our food is made from scratch on the premises by our dynamic chef Mr Regan and his intrepid team. Michael is a highly qualified international chef, who has trained and worked as far afield as Canada, Paris, Switzerland - and Bottlesford!
Every care is made to source the ingredients from close to home to keep them fresh and seasonal.
Where-ever possible our root vegetables, salads and greens are sourced from the neighbouring Moonraker Farm.
The asparagus, rabbit, pheasant and eggs all come from the surrounding villages.
And the meat comes in daily from Walter Rose in Devizes.
