All our food is made from scratch on the premises by our dynamic chef Mr Regan - a highly qualified international chef, who has trained and worked as far afield as Canada, Paris, Switzerland (and Bottlesford!).
Every care is made to source the ingredients from close to home to keep them fresh and seasonal - indeed the asparagus, rabbit, pheasant, pork and eggs are all sourced from the nearby villages, whilst the meat comes in daily from Walter Rose in Devizes.
